For consistent order handling, with each party's responsibility identified, these Terms, together with the Refund, Shipping, Privacy, Payment, Contact, About, and FAQ pages, apply when a visitor uses the store or places an order. As the applicable store rule, with timing and responsibility read together, the available market is the United States, where every order has free standard delivery and tracking. Fulfillment preparation takes 1-2 business days and estimated carrier movement takes 4-6 business days after shipment; timing may vary. The operational consequence is therefore stated in a form that is easy to follow.

For a clear pre-purchase understanding, with the support route made easy to locate, returns without cause and exchanges are available within 30 days after receipt. We cover shipping on approved no-reason and quality-problem returns, and the original payment account generally receives an approved refund in 5-10 business days. Custom-made, clearance/Final Sale, gift-card, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive purchases fall outside the no-reason option, while consumer remedies for damage, defects, incorrect delivery, and missing goods continue. The service result is stated this way so it can be located without ambiguity.

To state the rule precisely, with the customer-facing result stated first, pre-dispatch cancellation requests are accepted and post-dispatch requests are governed by the Refund Policy. All prices are denominated in USD, legally applicable tax is collected, and an unlawful, fraudulent, unauthorized, or clearly mispriced transaction may be declined.
